Another Emily Osment Fansite News

I realize I have been somewhat negligent as of late when it comes to uploading the Hannah screencaps. So I’m happy to announce the additions of three new sets of season three episodes: He Ain’t a Hottie, He’s My Brother, Ready, Set, Don’t Drive, and You Never Give Me My Money.

If we have any Emily Osment fans out there, He Ain’t a Hottie, He’s My Brother was your kind of episode!

We has scenes like this one of Lilly looking love struck.

And this one that I particularly liked, for no real reason.

conversely, Ready, Set, Don’t Drive was perhaps the most Miley-centric episode produced to date.

This episode used a fairly common plot element in DC Shows, the main character getting to drive.

When Miley visited the DMV, we had in my opinion one of the funniest moments ever on Hannah Montana. When the DMV lady turns away (an actor portraying) Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger because he’s two minutes late! ROFLOL.

And of cource, we get to see Miley’s, I mean, Hannah’s Driver’s license.

And the thing that strikes me, is that the license actually looks like a real California license, unlike most used in TV and film.

The last episode, You Never Give Me My Money was rather tame by comparison. It felt like a rehash of the credit card episode - which they even refrenced in this episode! Still, I did kinda like Lilly’s hair.

I’m not sure what Miley’s doing here. But it caught my attention!

As we look forward to the new year, i wanted to share a little blast from the past. On that same DVD I mentioned a while back, I found a recording of the first ever Disney Channel Games!

The 2006 Games where hosted by animated characters up “in the booth” and for the first 3rd of the games, it was Kim Possible & Dr Drakken.

Something i had completely forgotten about, was the short “player profile” about Ashley Tisdale and her, well, shortness.

The first event of the first DC Games was the obstacle course - a bright multi-colored inflatable obstacle course.

The games featured such epic match-ups as Vanessa v. Ashley,

Lucus v. Shin,

and of course, Zac v. Corbin.

Now they can’t even get the HSM cast to show up for the games, let alone star in them.

In my opinion, the 2006 games where by far the best.

But I’ve still got my fingers crossed for 2009.

Disney Channel Tuesday said it has ordered additional episodes for the third season of Hannah Montana and a second season of The Suite Life on Deck-the network’s hit live-action series.

In the fourth quarter, Hannah Montana was basic cable’s top-rated series among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14 and the No. 1 scripted series in total viewers. The Suite Life on Deck is currently ranks second among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14 and is the third most-watched scripted series on basic cable in total viewers.

“The talent behind Hannah Montana has made it a true global sensation and cultural icon not just on television, where it topped the ratings on Disney Channels around the globe, but as a chart-topping music act and beyond,” Gary Marsh, president of entertainment for Disney Channels Worldwide, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled with the extraordinary performance of our newest series, The Suite Life on Deck, in the U.S. and globally, and we look forward to telling more great stories with this talented cast and production team.”

Since its premiere in September, The Suite Life on Deck has reached 27 million unduplicated viewers worldwide. Set aboard a luxury cruise liner, the series tells the story of teenage twins Zack and Cody Martin and hotel heiress London Tipton as they spend a semester at sea aboard the SS Tipton.

Why would they extend the third season if they where planning on making a fourth? I therefore theorize that DC is planning on ending HM with season three. But it’s just a theory.

Celebrating the upcoming new year, Disney Channel gives fans a chance to vote for their favorite performers, episodes, music video, and many more for the mouse house’s “Totally New Year” programming line-up. It has been reported that the “Totally New Year” show is scheduled to air on December 31 starting from 5 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.

Furthermore, “Wizards of Waverly Place” cast members, Selena Gomez, David Henrie, Jake T. Austin, and Jennifer Stone, will serve as the host of the show. Meanwhile, other Disney Channel’s celebrities, including Miley Cyrus, Emily Osment, Demi Lovato, Brandon Smith, Brenda Song, Mitchel Musso, and Jonas Brothers, are reported to help celebrate the “Totally New Year” gala.

“Totally New Year” will present 21 categories to vote for, such as Totally Best Guest, Totally Silly Siblings, Totally Hair-Raising and Totally Random Relatives. The online poll now is open at Disney Channel until December 31.

I hope this year’s new year’s special is better than last years. watching those clips of preteens trying to sing HSM songs was just painful.

You know, everyone always talks about Miley, but her co-star Emaily Osment is really a lot cuter. And Emily’s not a slut, so that’s a plus. Maybe more people will realize that once they see her in Dadnapped.

Now, the headline of this episode was that HSM star Corbin Blue was back as Miley’s crush Johnny Collins.

But even more interesting, for me at least, was the opening scene with Ray Romano as himself.

Anyway, I hope you find these new screencaps a unique view point for the episode.

Hannah Montana is coming to DVD, with a complete first season boxset!

Acording to tvshowsondvd.com, “This 4-disc set will contain all 26 episodes from the show’s opening year, including 17 episodes which have never been released on DVD before!”

I’m quite excited about this release, as it shows that Disney has lost it’s resistance to releasing current shows in DVD sets. Hopefully we’ll see more sets follow, although how quickly and what comes next will likely depend on how well this first set sells.
